Specialty Stores Return Authorization

• We cannot accept returns on any personalized or custom made item.
• Free exchanges are offered for personalized items if an error is made on the personalization.
• There may be certain special order items that cannot be returned, but this will clearly be indicated.
• Please note: the product must be in the original condition - items that are used cannot be accepted for return.

 

Timeframe for Returns:

• We must be notified of returns within 30 days. We don't have to actually receive the merchandise, but we request an email letting us know that the return is coming within this time period.

  Returns received after 60 days will be issued store credit rather than a cash refund.

• You must complete the form at the bottom of this page to receive return authorization prior to sending it back. We want to make the process as easy as possible, but require this so that we can direct you to the right location to send your return.

  Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. But don't worry... we are real people that care about your patronage and will take care of your return request promptly.

When to Expect a Refund:

• Returns are processed promptly and you can expect a refund within 7 days of our receipt of the returned merchandise.

• If you have received a gift and would like to return it, we are happy to issue you a store credit via a gift certificate code. This keeps your return private and allows you to select another product.

Refund Amount:

• There is a $3.50 re-stocking fee for a returned order. This fee is waived if you choose to receive a store credit rather than a refund.
• As with most returns from online retailers, return shipping is paid by you, the customer (this includes customs brokerage fees for Canadian customers).

  If you choose to receive a refund, we will refund your credit card for the full amount you paid, less shipping and the $3.50 re-stocking fee.
• Please note: Refusing delivery of a product is the same as a return - customers are repsonsible for forward and return shipping costs and we will deduct the charge associated for the returned shipment from your refund.

  Items that are returned to us as "undeliverable" due to a bad or incorrectly addressed package are subject to the same policy, although we are happy to re-ship them to a good address at the cost of postage for the re-shipment.
